Managing Energy in the Classroom -  Experience based workshop that focuses on understanding and using personal energy concepts as a classroom management tool. Workshop also focuses on teaching techniques for student engagement. Includes materials. Registration required, limited seating.

Creative Energy Workshop  -  Experience based workshop that helps you identify and key into your creative energy and begin using it. The workshop teaches a variety of skills that are useful in education classrooms and workplace settings.

Includes workshop materials. 

Individual coaching and organizational assessment and development planning services are available. Keynote speeches up to 60 minutes can be scheduled for conferences and business meetings.  Dr. Esch tailors all her presentations to the needs of the audience she is addressing. Presentations are generally one hour in length.

A talented author, artist, educator and consultant, Jan-Marie Esch was born in Indiana and spent her formative years growing up in So. California. Daughter of a scientist father and artist mother, she developed a keen interest in discovery and creative expression from an early age.  It was the combination of art/science and the quest to find their commonality that inspired her to focus her energy on awareness and creativity.

She received her B.A.Ed. and an M.S. in Organization Development from Central Washington University. Later she completed her Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Behavior at United States International University.  Her career spans positions with government, public and private sector companies that bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding about organizational structures and work processes.  She has worked with organizations on developing creative environments along with effective diversity training and communications skills.

Her love of learning has inspired her to work with teachers and educational institutions in applying creativity concepts to managing energy in the classroom and exploring new teaching techniques and methodologies.
